Eclipse tip for the imperfect engineer

Ever wondered how you can keep the old UI visual and layout setup from your favorite workspace into a newly created one?
Well you'd already know this you you were a true engineer...
But for those of you who didn't have what it takes to dig into the workspace folder tree and files and to figure this one out by your own here it is:

copy the workbench.xml (.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench\) from your preferred workspace into the same folder of a newly created one
